Nicholas Polo is a fully qualified fitness coach specialising in Body Transformation through a combination of tailored exercise, nutrition and supplementation that support the reduction of body fat percentage, muscle gain and body strengthening. His development of the 10 Day Fat Loss Programme offers a kick start to a fitness plan that over the years gained great interest by some of the most established media and it is been followed by people around the globe.
Nicholas is also Boxing Padwork Certified and a British Combat Instructor. He is an advocate for mental health and from his own personal experience understands the benefits of exercise to his clients’ mental health. He often incorporates his expertise in boxing and Krav Maga self-defence to improve client fitness levels and boost post exercise feel-good state of mind.
Academic Degrees and Certifications
Nicholas holds a Master Degree in Engineering Management by The George Washington University, a Level 3 YMCA Personal Training certification, a Boxing Strike Pads certification and he is belt System Certified by the Institute of Krav Maga.

Nicholas has contributed to a number of articles for Men’s Health, Women’s Health, Daily Mail, Mr. Porter, Metro and Huffington Post including the “7 Exercises to Lower your Cholesterol” for Men’s Health which was sponsored by Bayer.
Rehabilitation
Nicholas has worked with a number of clients during their prenatal, postnatal and rehabilitation periods and receives client referrals by a number of London clinics including the Marylebone Chiropractic Clinic.

Nicholas is CIMSPA accredited, registered with the Royal Parks and a registered instructor with the British Combat Association.
Collaborations and Volunteering
Nicholas has collaborated with a number of institutions including Harley Therapy addressing the benefits of exercise to mental health, the Two Chicks Empowerment Fund and the Elizabeth Garett Anderson girls’ school offering Awareness and Self Defence workshops.
